II need to change something on my order, how can I do that?
 

Contact us immediately by email.  If the order has not been processed yet, we will be happy to change it for you.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Standard delivery is free is the United States, except for AK & HI.  

When will my order ship?
 

Orders will be processed and dropped off at the post office within 48 hours of purchase.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At this time we only deliver to the United States.

I really want something that is out of stock in my size, what can I do?
 

We don't re-order past styles because we want to keep our inventory fresh and exciting.  That being said, if there is an overwhelming demand for a particular item, we will do our best to get that item again.

What is your return policy?
 

You can return items, (except sale and seasonal items, they are final purchase) that are new with tags still on, 15 days from the day you receive them for merchandise credit.

I returned an item & have not received my merchandise credit code yet, what should I do?

We will send you an email with the code after the item has been received by us & processed.  This could take up to 2 weeks.  If it has been more than 2 weeks, contact us at moodonlineboutique@gmail.com & we will help you.
